Terms of Cancellation
| Cancellation of participation can only be refunded if the cancellation is received in time: | |
| by 28 January 2025 | 50 % of the participation fee |
| from 29 January 2025 | no refund possible |
The participation fee for presenting authors (for all kinds of presentations) whose papers were accepted for the programme cannot be refunded in any case.
